Fees charged by the firm are clear and specific.
According to the law, they are set by free agreement with the client.

During their initial meeting, the firm offers to the client a task and fees contract, setting the fees according to the agreed task. The first meeting fee is based on 100 euros/30 minutes.

If the fees are calculated according to the time spent and to the steps taken, contingency fees can be added as appropriate.

Additionnal requirements may be necessary, out-of-pocket expenses and legal costs, (travel expenses, bailiff fees, costs of photocopies, etc …) to be paid by the client either directly to the service providers or to the firm which advanced the costs.

A budget estimate could be considered. It is to be expected to provide an advance funding to meet the first spendings.

A detailed account shall be delivered to the client before any final settlement.
